At Snohomish PUD we came on board to support the AV integrator and the owner with a redesign of an existing space.  The initial system was portable and focused on speech reinforcement.  The redesigned room would have audio conference capabilities and video presentation capabilities.   In addition to being designed for the PUD Commissioners the room was design with the flexibility to operate as an Emergency Operations Center should the need arise.  The room has ten floor boxes placed around the room to enable difference utilities and services such as power, water, police and fire to connect to the presentation system.  There are up to twelve wireless microphones available at any time and the sources are provided to speakers in the ceiling via an audio DSP device programmed around a mix minus system.
